Jesiree Dizon Opens Up About Shemar Moore Split: "I Will Always Love You"

Jesiree Dizon has broken her silence following her split from Criminal Minds and S.W.A.T. star Shemar Moore, sharing a heartfelt message about their relationship and commitment to co-parenting their daughter, Frankie.

A Heartfelt Goodbye

On January 31, Dizon, 41, took to Instagram to express her feelings about the breakup, posting a touching photo of herself, Moore, and their 2-year-old daughter. In her post, she praised Moore, 54, and emphasized the love and respect they still share.

“The amount of love and support during this difficult time has been nothing short of overwhelming. Although our reality has changed, what will ALWAYS remain is the love and respect Shemar and I both have for each other.”

Dizon made it clear that despite the end of their five-year relationship, their priority remains their daughter and maintaining a strong co-parenting bond.

“Our commitment is not only to keep our love for each other alive and strong through the best friendship but by also being the BEST co-parents in continuing to raise our daughter, Frankie, and Kaiden and Charli.”

She also echoed Moore’s earlier statement, acknowledging how difficult breakups can be—especially in the public eye.

“Breakups aren’t easy, ESPECIALLY publicly, so we ask that you please continue to give us love and grace as we navigate our new reality and respect our privacy to allow us to heal.”

Shemar Moore Speaks Out

Earlier that same day, Moore confirmed their breakup in an emotional Instagram video, asking for privacy and showering Dizon with praise.

“It’s my life,” he said. “Mind your business [and] give us a break, give us some privacy. … She’s an amazing woman for so many reasons. Next to my mother, because my mother was a boss, Jesiree Dizon is No. 2. She is a phenomenal mother [and] is loving, attentive, caring, smart, nurturing.”

Moore also reflected on his personal journey moving forward.
